SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION

All Centering Scents products are handmade in Melbourne using high quality, Certified Organic Essential Oils, Organic & Natural ingredients.

All products are made in small batches to provide a boutique product which has been hand-blended with great care and good intentions. 

All products are formulated from raw ingredients, in doing so it does not use premixed base creams where EO are added. High quality ingredients is a key feature to Centering Scents guiding principles to truly create natural products that avoid harmful ingredients. 

A key benefit for making products on a small scale is the to ensure products are of high quality, high quality ingredients truly to benefit the user.

All products require your tender loving care to help preserve the integrity of them. It is best to store products away from direct sunlight, and ideally in cooler conditions. It is expected that Centering Scents products will have a shorter shelf life than other traditional skin care products, as a result of only using natural ingredients and natural preservatives.

Approximate shelf life:

  • 1-2 months for Water Base Creams blends
  • 12 months for all Balm Blends
  • 12-18 months for Oil Drop Blends

What is the intention of custom made products?

Given CS products are produced by hand in small batches, they can be easily customised for you to meet your own individual needs. Just reach out via email: hello@centeringscents.com.au.

Customised blends may also be considered as part of a 1:1 Meeting where you can discuss your health or more complex needs for a particular condition.

AROMATHERAPY

Essential Oils (EO's) are concentrated plant extracts that contain volatile molecules that can have direct action to the brain, via the olfactory sensory systems and nervous system. Once EO's are inhaled, they enact a physiological change in the body within 20 seconds. This rapid action offers quick support for body imbalance.

EO's are able to facilitate 'positive shifts' to the user (even without realising) based on an 'emotional', 'physiological' or a 'spiritual' level depending on the selection of EO & method used for application therefore offering powerful healing support.

QUALITY PACKAGING AND RECYCLING 
Centering scents is a small business that prides itself on its small batch production and using high quality packaging to protect the contents, as well as being conscious of recyclable options where possible.

If practical your Miron glass containers can be returned for reuse. 

Almost all Centering Scents products are packed into Blue 'Miron' glass to protect the natural contents from harmful and oxidative effects of light. Light degrades oils readily, leading to undesirable odours and oxidative compounds leading to poor quality product content.

Centering Scents chooses to use Organic EO's and raw natural ingredients, which are COSMOS approved. All EO's are carefully selected for their high grade quality and are sourced from reputable suppliers from local and worldwide locations if needed.
